Meet Our Principals
Dwight Miles
Chairman of the Board
Dwight was born and raised in the Midwest, growing his own family with the values of humility and hard work. He attended university on a football scholarship and went to work for Boeing early in his post-collegiate career, where he remains nearly 20 years later. Dwight holds a Confidential Security Clearance and travels between facilities as projects dictate. Mr. Miles currently serves as Chairman of our Board and Adjunct Advisor.

Carol has led teams for
some of the world's most established staffing companies including TrueBlue, Adecco, and MasterCorp. Carol has also worked with employers in hospitality, automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, and healthcare. She is driven by true business partnerships where each party invests in the success of the other - settling for nothing less.
John Woods
Treasurer of the Board
Cleo Paulk-Nash
Secretary of the Board
Holding executive positions at staffing firms such as TrueBlue, sourceMaster, and BarronHR, John is well versed in all areas of our industry. He has specialized knowledge of the Events & Venues realm, having orchestrated high volume deployment at Dodgers Stadium, Las Vegas Motor Speedway, and Preakness. John currently leads the front at G1 Staffing - a veteran owned firm serving the South Central US.
Having split her career between sales and operations, Cleo is a highly talented Jane of Trades. She has worked in the service, transportation, and staffing industries for big names like Geico, Blue Heart Logistics, and MasterCorp. Ms. Paulk is an experienced labor management expert, excelling in project implementation. Having studied psychology in college and now raising a young family makes Cleo a matriarch, mogul, and master of mindfulness.
